Fruit Cake Tower of Fantasy
Can you even imagine how delicious this Tower of Fantasy Fruit Cake is? It’s like a work of art, and you get to eat it! Here’s how to make it:
Tower of Fantasy Fruit CakeIngredients:
1 package of Swiss roll cake (a delicious and spongey cake that rolls up with jam inside; it’s really good, you guys)
Fresh fruit of your choice (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi, grapes, whatever floats your boat)
Whipped cream
A few tablespoons of powdered sugar
Instructions:
Cut the Swiss Roll into thick slices and line a 9-inch baking dish with them.
Add a layer of fresh fruit on top of the Swiss Roll slices.
Add a layer of whipped cream on top of the fruit.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you run out of Swiss roll slices and top with more whipped cream.
Dust the top with powdered sugar and decorate with more fresh fruit.
Chill for at least an hour before serving.

Whipped cream or cream cheese (depending on your preference)
Instructions:
Cut your fruit into thin slices.
Start layering the fruit in a circular pattern on your plate or cake stand, starting with the larger fruit at the bottom and working your way up to the smaller ones.
Add a layer of whipped cream or cream cheese in between each layer of fruit.
Continue layering until you reach the top of the “cake”.
Add more whipped cream or cream cheese on top and decorate with more fresh fruit.
Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
