- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease up your loaf pan.
- In a big mixing bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the bowl and whisk until just combined.
- Slowly add in the milk, mixing until smooth.
- Fold in mini marshmallows.
- Pour the batter into your loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let your bread cool down in the pan for about 10 mins before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- While your bread cools, mix together powdered sugar and a splash of milk to make your marshmallow glaze.
