EASY STRAWBERRY CAKE RECIPE
Strawberry Cake
Ingredients:
1 box of white cake mix
1 small package of strawberry jello
1 cup of fresh strawberries, chopped
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/4 cup of water
1/2 cup of strawberry jam
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
1/4 cup of water
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9x13 inch (22x33 cm) baking pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix the cake mix and the strawberry jello.
Add the chopped strawberries, vegetable oil, eggs, and water to the bowl, and mix everything together until smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
Bake the cake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
While the cake is baking, make the glaze by mixing the strawberry jam, powdered sugar, and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir until the mixture is smooth and slightly thickened.
When the cake is ready, remove it from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes.
