Instead of using traditional Italian ingredients, we’re going to infuse our pasta with Asian flavors. Here’s what you’ll need:

Asian Fusion Pasta

Ingredients: - 1 lb. spaghetti

• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
• 2 tbsp. honey
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 inch piece of ginger, minced
• 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
• 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
• 1 cup snap peas, trimmed
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced
• 1/4 cup chopped scallions
• Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions: 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and keep warm. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Set aside. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add snap peas and red bell pepper and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. 4. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the vegetables. 5. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the spaghetti and vegetables and stir until everything is coated in the sauce. 6. Top with chopped scallions and sesame seeds. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!

• 1 tsp. sesame oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 inch piece of ginger, minced
• 4 oz. shiitake mushrooms, sliced
• 2 cups baby spinach
• 2 boiled eggs, sliced
• Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions: 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add ramen noodles and cook until tender, according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. 2. In a medium saucepan, heat broth over medium heat. Add miso paste, soy sauce, sriracha, and sesame oil and stir until the miso is dissolved. 3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. 4. Add shiitake mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. 5. Add baby spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes. 6. Add cooked ramen noodles to the broth and stir to combine. 7. Divide the noodles and broth into bowls and top with cooked mushrooms, spinach, boiled egg, and sesame seeds. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
