Y’all, let me tell you, I just made the best pasta of my life. I was feeling adventurous and decided to make it from scratch. And let me tell you, it was worth it!

Now, if you want to make your own pasta from scratch like me, here’s what you’ll need:

• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 tsp salt
• Water

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and crack the eggs into it.
2. Beat the eggs with a fork until smooth. Slowly mix in the flour until a dough forms. If the dough is too dry, add a little bit of water.
3. Knead the dough for 10 minutes, until it’s smooth and elastic. Wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
4. Roll out the dough using a pasta machine or a rolling pin until it’s as thin as you want it.
5. Cut the dough into the desired shape and cook in boiling water for 2-3 minutes or until al dente.
6. Serve with your favorite sauce and enjoy!

Trust me y’all, once you make your own pasta, you’ll never go back to the boxed stuff. It’s so much more delicious and satisfying.
