Make Ahead Spaghetti### Ingredients:
1 pound of spaghetti
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 pound of ground beef
28 ounces of diced tomatoes
2 teaspoons of dried oregano
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions:
Cook the pasta according to package directions.
Heat olive oil in a large pan on medium-high heat.
Add onions and garlic, and cook until softened, around 5 minutes.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
Add the diced tomatoes, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Drain the pasta and add it to the meat sauce. Stir until the pasta is coated.
Let the mixture cool, then transfer it to an airtight container and freeze.
To reheat, defrost the mixture in the fridge overnight. Then, transfer it to a pot and heat through. Serve with grated parmesan cheese.

Pasta with Roasted Tomatoes and Garlic### Ingredients:
1 pint of cherry tomatoes
6 garlic cloves, sliced
1/4 cup of olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 pound of spaghetti
1/2 cup of fresh basil, chopped
1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Place cherry tomatoes and garlic on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat and season with salt and pepper.
Roast for 15-20 minutes or until the tomatoes are soft and caramelized.
Cook the pasta according to package directions.
Drain the pasta and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
Add the pasta to the tomato mixture and toss to combine. Add pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
Add fresh basil and parmesan cheese. Toss to combine.
Serve with extra parmesan cheese and a sprinkling of fresh basil.
